Structure | Silhouette
The pants have custom-made zippers and buttons, a slightly deep rise, and are designed to make the hips look compact. The pockets are well-sized and positioned, and the silhouette is nicely tapered, so there are no restrictions on the choice of footwear.
Rhetoric | Details
Both the length and breadth are dyed using sulfur dyes, giving the garment a stately aged look. Dyeing the yarn at the yarn stage leaves each individual thread with a white core, creating a striking fading effect. While keeping in mind the natural fading that occurs with wear, such as the small whiskers and rubbing of the thighs, the overall color tone is designed to bring out the unique characteristics of the fabric, such as the grain, and to be balanced carefully with the whiskers and shaved areas of the thighs.
