Cancellation Policy

In principle, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order for general sales. To cancel an order, please contact pessoaclub@gmail.com. However, even if you are within the cancellation period, we may not be able to accept your cancellation if shipping preparation has already begun. If you refuse to accept the item or cancel after it has been shipped, we will charge you the actual cost of round-trip shipping, cash-on-delivery fees, and packaging materials (including cases where shipping is free).
