Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notice.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it within 10 days of the delivery date. (Please note that we will not be able to accept your return if you have not received the item within 10 days.)
We will accept returns and exchanges for reasons such as the size not fitting or the product being different from what you expected.

If you refuse to accept the item or cancel after it has been shipped, we will charge the purchaser for the round-trip shipping fee, cash-on-delivery fee, and the actual cost of packaging materials (even in cases where shipping is free).

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

*Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
*Items that are missing tags, labels, boxes, etc.
*Products that have already been used or washed
*Products that have been damaged, stained, or have an odor caused by the customer
*Products that are missing accessories at the time of delivery
*Products for which we have provided hemming services

 

Exchange Policy

Exchangeable products are generally exchanged for the same product in terms of size and color.
(If you contact us by email, please write "Exchange" in the subject line.)

When exchanging a product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return. We will ship the replacement product as soon as we receive the product. In the case of an exchange due to a customer's convenience, shipping costs may be charged to the customer. However, please note that we cannot accept returns if the product is lost or deteriorated during return shipping.

When exchanging a product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product. However, please note that if the product is lost or deteriorated during the return shipment, we will not be able to accept the return.
If an item is returned, any points awarded for that item will automatically be forfeited.

 

Refund Policy

The refund will be the product price excluding shipping charges. If you have not paid the shipping fee at the time of shipment, we may deduct it from the product price to be refunded.
*Refunds for customers who paid by credit card will be processed by re-charging or cancelling the payment. (Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 days.) (Depending on the card company's closing date and card processing date and time, the change may not take effect until the following month.)
*Refunds for customers who paid in cash will be made by bank transfer to your designated account. (Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.)

 

Regarding exchanges for defective products

We strictly inspect products under strict management before shipping, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is different from what you ordered or is defective, we will exchange or refund the product. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If we have the product in stock, we will send you a new product without any defects. We will cover all shipping and handling fees incurred in this case. (If the replacement product is not in stock, it will be returned.)
