Concept ｜ Design
This 2way coat was used as part of a double layered combat uniform. The design was intended to be worn over a wool vest or combat uniform to protect soldiers from the harsh weather in mountainous regions. Distinctive design features include a boxy and roomy silhouette, four large buttoned pockets on the front, a high collar with a hooded zipper, and drawcords at the hood and hem.
