Can I return or get a refund?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notice.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it within 10 days of the delivery date. (Please note that we will not be able to accept your return if you have not received the item within 10 days.)
We will accept returns and exchanges for reasons such as the size not fitting or the product being different from what you expected.

Refund Policy

The refund amount will be the product price excluding shipping costs. If you have not paid the shipping costs at the time of shipping, we may deduct them from the product price to be refunded.
*Refunds to customers who paid by credit card will be processed by resubmitting or canceling the billing. (Refunds are usually completed within 3-5 days.) (Depending on the card company's closing date and the card processing date and time, the change may be delayed until the following month.)
*For customers who paid in cash, refunds will be made by bank transfer to the specified account. (Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.)

Can I return an item if the size or image of the item I received is different from what I expected?

Exchange Policy

Please contact us by email (pessoaclub@gmail.com) with the item you would like to exchange and the reason for the exchange.

For products that can be exchanged, they will generally be exchanged for the same size or color. (If you contact us by email, please write "Exchange" in the subject line.) When exchanging a product, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product. We will ship the replacement product as soon as we receive the product. In the case of an exchange due to customer's convenience, shipping charges may be charged to the customer. However, please note that we cannot accept returns if the product is lost or deteriorated during return shipping.

Returns Policy

Please contact us by email (pessoaclub@gmail.com) with the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

(If you contact us by email, please write "Return" in the subject line.) When exchanging a product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product. However, please note that we will not be able to accept the return if the product is lost or deteriorated during return shipping. If you return a product, any points awarded for that product will automatically be forfeited.

I made a mistake with my order

In general sales, orders can generally be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at pessoaclub@gmail.com. However, please note that even if you are within the cancellation period, if the order has already been prepared for shipping, we may not be able to accept your cancellation.

What is a pre-order item?

The Pessoa Club official online shop sells limited edition items, pre-order items, special collaboration items, etc. as pre-order items. This system allows you to purchase the items exactly when they arrive.
*Pre-ordered items may be subject to change in terms of delivery time, product specifications, price, etc., or may be discontinued.
*The product images are samples and the specifications and processing may differ slightly from the actual product.
*Please consider the item sizes as a guide only.
*Some pre-ordered items may also be sold in stores.
*Pre-orders on our website are a system that ensures you can purchase the product, however, delivery may be delayed after the product goes on sale.

Payment Method

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners, UnionPay, and ApplePay.
You can choose to pay in full, in installments, or in revolving payments.


This will vary depending on the closing date and contract details of the credit card registered with PayPal. Please check with your card company or PayPal, Inc.


When you receive your ordered items, you will pay the product price in cash to the delivery company in exchange for the items.

*If you choose cash on delivery, a separate cash on delivery fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged.
*Cash on delivery is not available if the total amount of a single order exceeds 20,000 yen (tax included).
*Cash on delivery is not available for orders that use the gift wrapping service.
