1. Place your order

Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. If you do not receive the email, it may have ended up in your spam folder, or you may have entered your email address incorrectly or made a mistake in your email settings, so please check your email address again. Also, if there is a problem with the item after you place your order, such as a shortage of stock, we will contact you by email. If the item is in stock, it will usually be shipped the same day or the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Shipping notification email

We will send you an email with the shipping number. Please note that, in principle, shipping charges for cancellations or changes after shipment will be borne by the customer. Products are usually delivered by Sagawa Express (although a different shipping company may be used for Okinawa Prefecture, remote islands, and areas outside the jurisdiction of Sagawa Express).

Sagawa Express Shipping Fee (nationwide): Standard delivery 690 yen (tax included)

We will ship within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

[Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges without contacting us. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it within 10 days of the delivery date. (Please note that we cannot accept returns if more than 10 days have passed and you have not returned the item.) Returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as the size not fitting or the item being different from the image will be considered.

【About exchange】

The items that can be exchanged are basically the same product size and color.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product. We will ship the replacement product as soon as the product arrives at our company. In the case of an exchange due to a customer's convenience, we may ship the product with shipping charges to be paid by the customer. [Exchange for defective products, etc.]

We strictly inspect products under strict management before shipping, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is different from what you ordered or is defective, we will exchange or refund the product.
